The Plough Stapenhill is now under new Tenancy and Ownership after the Burton Bridge Brewery purchased the pub earlier this year. Helen Tunnicliffe and Martin Hayes the new landlady/landlord are keen to meet you all and will be holding their first beer festival over the Easter weekend, starting Friday 6th April until Monday 9th, the opening times over the festival are to be all day, with entertainment on Friday and Saturday night. Martin is also hoping to have entertainment on Sunday and Monday but has no details as yet. There will be a minimum of 18 real ales on tap. Keep checking this page for updated news about the festival. Nigel and Janet Walpole took the very difficult decision to sell the pub to the Bridge Brewery to pursue their dreams of a pub near Skegness, The Crown at Maltby Le Marsh Linconshire. Of course we wish them all the best in their new Pub.
